Nous les membres de l’Association de la Diaspora d’Afrique Francophone - USA, Convaincus de la nécessité d’établir et de consolider les liens de fraternité entre les ressortissants des pays d’Afrique Francophone en Amérique du nord et d’ailleurs. Conscients de la nécessité de mettre en valeur la défense, la protection de nos intérêts commun et prévaloir l’épanouissement de nos valeurs culturelles et humaines. Constatant que la Diaspora Africaine de par le monde entier forme une autre région du continent, après la CEDEAO et l‘AES de l’Afrique de l’ouest, la CEEAC - CEMAC du centre, la COMESA pour le sud-Est et du UMA pour le nord. Vigoureusement soucieux de promouvoir tout effort qui est favorable à la cause d’une bonne intégration à travers une procédure d’immigration ici aux États-Unis et ailleurs, du développement socio-économique des immigrés, de l’assistance humanitaire sous toutes ses formes et à la protection de l’environnement d’ici et d’ailleurs ; avons décidé d’établir une Association à caractère strictement apolitique et non lucratif, régie par les statuts et Règlement Intérieur.

 L’Association de la Diaspora d’Afrique Francophone - USA a pour objectifs de :

✓ Regrouper des membres individuels et des membres collectifs (associations) résidant en

Amérique du Nord qui ont en commun l’usage de la langue française ou pratiquant le français

d’origine africaine ;

✓ Promouvoir la langue française et la diversité culturelle et linguistique (dialectes) ;

✓ Promouvoir la paix, la démocratie, et les droits de l’Homme à travers l’intégration de la diaspora

par la mobilisation de son potentiel économique ;

✓ Conseiller et orienter les cas d’immigration vers les structures d’assistance légales ;

✓ Encourager la diaspora a l’entrepreneuriat, a la solidarité par une forte implication dans les

échanges économique entre les pays d’origine et l’Amérique du nord ;

✓ Développer la coopération au service du développement durable ;

✓ Coopérer avec tout organisme international et/ou Associations poursuivant des objectifs

semblables dans le monde pour favoriser un jumelage entre organisations ;

✓ Protéger le droit de l’environnement, par la prévention de la pollution, la gestion des

Écosystèmes et la restauration contre toutes perturbations écologiques sous toutes ses

Formes par la promotion de la protection de l’environnement naturel.

We, the members of the Association of the French-speaking African Diaspora - USA, are convinced of the need to establish and consolidate the bonds of brotherhood between the nationals of French-speaking African countries in North America and elsewhere. Aware of the need to emphasize the defense, the protection of our common interests and to prevail the blossoming of our cultural and human values. Noting that the African Diaspora throughout the world forms another region of the continent, after ECOWAS and the AES of West Africa, ECCAS - CEMAC of the center, COMESA for the southeast and UMA for the north. Vigorously concerned with promoting any effort that is favorable to the cause of good integration through an immigration procedure here in the United States and elsewhere, the socio-economic development of immigrants, humanitarian assistance in all its forms and the protection of the environment here and elsewhere; have decided to establish an Association of a strictly apolitical and non-profit nature, governed by the following statutes and Internal Regulations 

The Association of the French-Speaking African Diaspora - USA aims to:

• Bring together individual members and collective members (associations) residing in

North America who have in common the use of the French language or who practice French of African origin;

• Promote the French language and cultural and linguistic diversity (dialects);

• Promoting peace, democracy, and human rights through the integration of the diaspora by mobilizing its economic potential;

• Advise and direct immigration cases to legal assistance structures;

• Encourage the diaspora to entrepreneurship and solidarity through strong involvement in economic exchanges between the countries of origin and North America;

• Developing cooperation in the service of sustainable development;

• Cooperate with any international organization and/or Associations pursuing similar objectives in the world to promote “jumelage” between organizations;

• Protect environmental law, through the prevention of pollution, management of ecosystems and restoration against all ecological disturbances in all its forms Forms by promoting the protection of the natural environment.
